- Exhibition contents and facilities are subject to change without prior notice.
- Organizers reserve the rights to make all final decisions.
REGULATIONS
Ticketing
- We accept VISA, Master Card, AMEX for the purchase of tickets.
- Tickets sold are not refundable or returnable.
- Discounts are not applicable for purchases at online ticketing.
- Walk-in ticket counter at the venue will start operation on 14 Nov at 10am.
Admission
- Admits once only, upon presentation of valid ticket.
- Each ticket holder is eligible for a single admission to Kitty Lab at a specific
date and time as printed on the tickets.
- Ticket holder may be refused admission if any details on the ticket have been
omitted or altered or if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or tampered with.
- Concessionary tickets are ONLY available for children under the age of 12.
The purchaser may be required to produce acceptable proof of identity for inspection
by the staff.
- Admission for children under the age of 3 is not recommended.
- Baby car is not allowed inside the exhibition hall.
- Lavatory is not available inside the keep hall.
- Smoking, eating, or drinking is strictly prohibited inside the exhibition hall.
- Unauthorized photo taking, audio and video recording is strictly prohibited inside
the exhibition hall.
- Visitors are not allowed to enter the exhibition 60 minutes before closing of
the exhibition.
- Traffic control will be implemented in part of the exhibition. Thank you for your
co-operation.

- Customers can enjoy VISA/Master Card/AMEX service with purchase above S$30.
- Official goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- Each person can submit ONE order form only.
