All items are made to order unless otherwise specified. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and completing the order before the order will be shipped. Please keep this in mind when buying for a specific occasion.

If you need your items sooner and were not able to allow the allotted time, I may be able to provide a "production" rush. Please contact me to arrange this prior to ordering as I cannot guarantee a rush before contact due to the complexity of certain items and/or the amount of current orders proceeding yours.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping costs include:
*handling
*shipping prices at local USPS location
*shipping supplies to ship items in (including but not limited to *boxes, envelopes, padding, and tape)
*trafficking to and from local USPS location

We ship USPS first class and first class international. All domestic orders will receive tracking information, delivery confirmation and insurance.

Product Materials

I use high quality fleece for all of my hats. They may or may not also include flannel, felt and hand sewn components as well.

I use premium quality polymer clay for most of my charms. They may or may not contain silicone or resin components as well.
